Happy New Year one and all. Latest news on the EPCAL property is that the Ghermezians have filed suit against the Town seeking reinstatement of the sale to them. They are making all kinds of claims including fraud on the part of the Town. This will be a long haul, but just want everyone to know it is not yet over.

And Newsday wrote today that Riverhead voted 5-0 against CAT because the Industrial Development Agency determined the company didn't have the financial ability to build what they submitted as a plan.
