Kathy's Korner--Seacrest Subdivision

At its July 18th meeting, the planning board approved a resolution eliminating the 14th residence in this subdivision which was designated as affordable housing. The map will be amended to be a 13-lot subdivision, rather than a 14-lot subdivision, and the applicant will be making the payment of the fee in lieu of the density bonus.  The fee of $280,500, will be deposited into an account that will be created by the Town Board for the specific purpose of constructing affordable workforce housing, acquiring land for the purpose of providing affordable workforce housing or rehabilitating structures for the purpose of providing affordable workforce housing.

The footprint of the developed area has not changed, they just shifted internal lot lines on the map to eliminate one lot and increase the size of the two most northerly lots on the west side of the subdivision.
