Thanks to Nina for her additional post on the new subdivision. For everyone's information I have been advised by the Planning Department that there is not yet an approval of the final subdivision plat, only preliminary plat approval that was passed by resolution with an accompanying map. This means this matter will definitely be coming up before the Planning Board again and we need to stay vigilant.

I am trying to include the resolution in this post but it may be too big. Not sure if you will be able to open it. Please let me know. If successful I will do another post with the map.
