Happy Fourth of July, Northville Beach!

Happy Fourth of July to all our friends and neighbors in the Northville Beach community!

As we celebrate our nation's Independence Day, many of us are reflecting on the rich history of our country as it approaches 250 years of existence. It is a time to remember the people, events, and sacrifices that helped shape the great nation we enjoy today, and to pass those stories and lessons along to our children and grandchildren.

We hope you enjoy this special holiday surrounded by family, friends, and neighbors as we celebrate together in the spirit of community and patriotism.

On a related note, I was recently given a booklet documenting the first 60 years of the Northville Beach Civic Association. The booklet has been scanned and added to our website for everyone to enjoy. If you are interested in learning more about our community's history, please take a look. Simply scroll down on the main page to the "Documents" section, where it is currently available.

As we look back on our past, it is also important to preserve the history that has been made since that booklet was written. I would like to explore forming a committee to bring the documentation of our Civic Association up to date. If you are interested in participating in this effort, please let me know.
