Something come to my attention that we may want to keep an eye on.




Tsibiridis (the real estate agent) said the estate, which is one of the largest and most significant to come to market on the East End of Long Island, is primed for development, with preliminary planning studies indicating the possibility for building up to 89 residential lots.

This is on Sound Ave just east of RGNY. If I hear anything further I'll post here.
