This past week the Planning Poard had a discussion with the developers of what I lake to call ”the deserted battlefield” on Sound Shore Rd., formerly called the Villas at Roanoke subdivison, now known as Seacrest Estates. The topic was fencing around the subdivision and the accompanying drainage ponds. Nothing was decided, it is still under discussion, but if you would like to watch the discussion you can do so at this link. It starts at the 47:05 point in the meeting.
