This past week the Planning Poard had a discussion with the developers of what I lake to call ”the deserted battlefield” on Sound Shore Rd., formerly called the Villas at Roanoke subdivison, now known as Seacrest Estates. The topic was fencing around the subdivision and the accompanying drainage ponds.
