Does anyone need yard fill?

This is Charlie Agius at 167 Pier Ave. I am having a detached garage built on my property and I will be digging up quite a bit of soil that I do not need. Rather than haul it all away to a landfill I wanted to see if anyone in the community needed any backfill for their yards or bluffs. The fill is a mix of regular soil, some clay and then sand when we dig deeper. My contractor will deliver it where you want it, and he said he would even spread it if needed all free of charge.

Such a kind offer especially since the Nor'easter.

For the health of the bluff, research before backfilling as dirt, clay, sand, even yard clippings and cut wood can be detrimental.
