Kathy's Korner--Safety Alert

On November 6th my neighbor to the east had her Ring camera pick up on a man in shorts with a hoodie walking up her dark driveway at about 6 pm. Through her door she asked him what he was doing there and he said just taking a walk. He then turned and left. She called the police who came and took a report. The policeman then went and looked around Sound Shore Rd. and found him. The man was described as very odd. He told the policeman he had parked on Penny's Road. The policeman charged him with trespass so if he should be caught again he can be arrested. Here is my neighbor's video of the guy.
