As we enter spring you may have seen an article in the News Review about the proposed subdivision by Catsimatidis on Sound Ave and Sound Shore Rd. I wrote about it previously on this blog. As a result of that recent article I submitted a Freedom of a Information request to the Town for an update. This is the response from the Planning Department that I received.

"We have not yet processed this application or provided any correspondence to the applicant. The subject property has a long history and we are determining the proper course of action to review it."

I will continue to follow this and keep you updated with any new information I receive.
